1. Acceptance
By using nokiantics.com, submitting a consult, or engaging Nokiantics, you agree to these Terms of Operations and our Privacy Infrastructure. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Who we are
Nokiantics provides software engineering, cloud/infrastructure, security, AI/FinTech, data, design, and growth services under “African Ingenuity.” Site contact: hello@nokiantics.com.
3. Site use
You may browse public pages and submit consults for legitimate business purposes. You must not: scrape abusively, probe/attack systems, upload malware, misrepresent identity, or use the site for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for abuse.
4. Consult form (not a contract)
Submitting Consult an Architect is a request for contact, not an offer acceptance, SOW, or SLA. We may decline or re-scope any inquiry. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables exist only in a signed proposal, statement of work, or master agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, logos, and copy are owned by Nokiantics or licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Client work IP is governed by the engagement contract (typically: your business materials remain yours; pre-existing Nokiantics tools/frameworks remain ours; project deliverables transfer as specified in that contract).
6. Professional services
Delivery, acceptance, fees, change control, confidentiality, and warranties are defined in the signed engagement documents. These website Terms do not replace that contract. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
7. Third-party tools
Links to third parties (calendars, WhatsApp, social, vendor docs) are for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Disclaimers
The website and Technical Insights are provided “as is” for general information. They are not legal, financial, security certification, or investment advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free site availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nokiantics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from site use or consult submissions. For paid engagements, liability caps in the signed contract apply.
10. Confidentiality
Do not send secrets, production credentials, or regulated personal data through the public consult form. Use agreed secure channels after engagement. We treat business information you share in sales discussions as confidential and expect the same from you regarding our proposals and pricing.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g. Federal Republic of Nigeria / England & Wales], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of [insert venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to how engagements are formed will also appear in proposals/SOWs.
